We felt right at home. They always checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything. The whole staff was amazingly nice and friendly. The driver was supper polite and extremely helpful one of our favorite people there. We will definitely go back. Cons : The beds weren't the most comfortable,butit's a good value for the money. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge available 24 hours , and free self parking is available onsite.
Cons : The rooms are in need of repairs and up keeping, modern furniture, better services. I tried many dishes and they were all good. Cons : The rooms could be better. I had to switch rooms because the AC was not working well at all. They transfered me to another room that was much nicer and comfortable but the AC was not that great either. The reception staff is awesome and helpful and the food is great.
Cons : It would have been good if they could have offered some cultural entertainment such as haitian folk dance, a troubadou band especially on weekend. Pros : The kitchen staff was very nice the food was very cold coffee was so cold. Cons : The room I chose they did not gave it to me and a lot of mosquitoes very uncomfortable. Pros : Everyone was excellent!!
