What I so love about yoga is that it provides me with a strong, stable body, a serene mind and an internal experience every time. My classes vary from week to week; from vinyasa to restorative, from standing to twisting, from focusing on the neck to focusing on the buttocks, you name it.
I like to tell a little something from time to time also, to shed a bit more light on this wonderful and ancient art of living, called yoga. Se CV her. Simply because I enjoy the endless possibilities of yoga, it is such a rich and diverse source of knowledge. You always come across new things to learn and grow from.
Over the years I have moved away from a powerful practice, and found bliss in a more nurturing practice which for me is about finding what feels good for you, whilst exploring an inner dialogue with yourself. In my classes I like to keep things varied and I approach things with humor. And yes, I teach in English, because it is what I know best, eventhough I manage just fine with Danish in every day life.
